In February 2001 another generous group of visiting American men donated over $800 to the orphanage. In addition, some of them purchased toys, pencils, notebooks, costume jewelry, balls and jump ropes during their visit. The children were thoroughly surprised with the gifts and the jump ropes appeared to be the biggest "hit" with many of the girls participating. Even the smallest children wanted to play and of course had a great time.
